Dear Rob! It would been nice to say that life goes on in the rigth direction, but sometimes it's not... If you wanna skip this, fine... it will be one boring message...just need to write this off.. first up... I'm a coward.. afraid of calling the place where I want learn in life through my studies..second up.. I'm free from school for this week... I'v got this headache that won't go away, took Ipren and it helped but still it looks like I hit my head to something.. But I haven't.. Should I go and see a doctor??? I'm not sure... I couldn´t write you before 'cause I went on summer holidays to Brazil, but I remembered it the same 'cause my birthday is February 14th,on valentine's day =) . What did you do on Valentine's day with Ayda? Or you did´t celebrate it? It's been such a great day.. I'm off school the whole week.. And I got some expectations in that matter, Rob.. cuase you see, everytime I got a vacation you're doin' an update on your blog.. Soo... Let me have it :D Besides the cleaning of the house, today I've been looking at my footage from Münich, and uploaded on my facebook.. (better late than never, right?) Think I'll upload it in here as well .. Although there's a lot of screamin' and jumpin' from my side, (blushing) I really enjoy watching it.. brings back those speciel emotions from that night. Been reading "You Know Me" and can't help but feel that some of your best years were the three years you took off from being a Pop Star. For the first time since you were a kid you got to be totally YOU! I can imagine that it must have been very difficult to go back to that world of celebrity after you'd grown so much as a person. Growth isn't something we can see happening to us in the moment but only in hindsight. I had the privilege of finding out about you during your hiatus (or whatever you'd like to call it). I now know what it was that I saw when I stood in the front row of Wembley opening night. I'd only seen you on Youtube and there you were in the flesh. However, I couldn't put my finger on it as to what it was that I was observing...a total rush of excitement but there was something else that I couldn't put my finger on....something that's been on my mind ever since. It's now just dawning on me what that was. I saw Rob and not as much Robbie. I can only explain it in these terms. I witnessed a more mature you...still a bit of a kid, mind you.....but a far more grounded kid. I saw a wiser Rob that I believe has and will be a gift to you as a songwriter. As a performer you've grown into your own skin...so to speak... and I do believe you will be a legend in your own time. ~ The days of being a bit overweight, growing a beard and wearing a kaftan were the years you needed to find love, accept love and be more loving...not just to Ayda...but to yourself. I commend you for not giving up when the critics were harsh and for getting "back on the horse". For facing your fear of touring and taking the risk of being part of a group again. ~ You've had a brilliant ride, Robert, and I'm glad to be a witness to the glories of what is yet to come. ~ With Love....Your friend in LA XXXXX
